Where do you ship?:

Shipping TAT:
On average, orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. At times we may receive an influx of orders when launching a new product or pattern therefore, shipping times may be extended.
Shipping Miscalculations:
If the website miscalculates your shipping cost, We'll refund you the difference.
Combined Shipping:
Should you place two separate orders on the same day, we'll do our best to combine your orders and refund the shipping overage, we make no promises. Please contact us ASAP through our contact link to give a heads-up regarding the two orders.
International Shipping:
Sew Yours is not responsible for Customs & Import fees that may be incurred on International Shipments. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Orders shipped outside of US borders are deemed final. No returns, exchanges or replacements will be issued.
Damaged Items:
We encourage you to inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please document it with photographs before opening the package. Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery to report any damage and submit your photos of the damage. Once we receive your report, we will assess the damage and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. (Note: replacements will not be provided on orders shipped outside of the USA)
Lost Packages:
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your package's journey.
Reporting a Lost Package: If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us to let us know you have not received your package.
Investigation: We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. This process may take up to 7 business days.
Resolution: If your package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability. Please note orders shipped outside of US borders are deemed final. No returns, exchanges or replacements will be issued.
Delivered Packages:
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered, please contact your local post office or check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to them by mistake. If you still cannot find your package, Sew Yours will provide the necessary documentation for you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that Sew Yours is not responsible for replacement or refund of packages marked as delivered.
Returned Packages:
Kindly make sure you enter your address correctly at checkout to ensure your package is delivered. If we receive a package that has been returned due to an insufficient address, we're happy to resend it to you if you provide the correct shipping address in addition to paying the new shipping charges. Alternatively, we're happy to refund you the cost of the items minus the shipping charges.
