Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations:
We ship to U.S. addresses only.
International Customers:
For digital sewing pattern purchases, visit our Etsy store.
Shipping Turnaround Time
Most in-stock orders ship within 24–48 hours (Tuesday–Saturday).
During product launches, sales, or peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
If UPS is selected at checkout, please note that we do not have UPS pickup or drop-off available in our area on Saturdays. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST on Friday may not be delivered to UPS until Tuesday when our shop reopens.
Shipping Timeframes & Carrier Delays
Estimated delivery dates at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order leaves our shop, we have no control over transit times, delays, or tracking updates.
Shipping charges are not refundable due to carrier delays.
Shipping Cost Adjustments
Shipping Miscalculations:
If the website miscalculates your shipping cost, we will refund the difference.
Combined Shipping:
If you place two orders on the same day, we will do our best to combine them and refund any shipping overage. This is not guaranteed.
For the best chance of combining your orders, we recommend calling us as soon as possible at 352-244-9295. This helps ensure we receive your request before your order ships.
You may also contact us through our contact page, but phone calls are preferred for time-sensitive requests.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If the packaging appears damaged, take photos before opening the box and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Lost Packages
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Reporting a Lost Package:
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us.
Carrier Investigation:
We will submit a claim with the carrier. This process may take up to 7 business days.
Resolution:
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on item availability.
Delivered Packages
We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
We can provide documentation to assist you with a carrier claim.
Sew Yours is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked as delivered.
Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, a reshipment fee is required.
We will email an invoice for the reshipment cost.
If the invoice is not paid within 7 days, the order will be canceled and refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Returned orders will not be resent without payment of the reshipment fee.
