Shipping Turnaround Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 24–48 hours Monday-Friday.

During product launches, sales, or peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.

If UPS is selected at checkout, please note that we do not have UPS pickup or drop-off available in our area on Saturdays. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST on Friday may not be delivered to UPS until Tuesday when our shop reopens.

Shipping Timeframes & Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery dates at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order leaves our shop, we have no control over transit times, delays, or tracking updates.

Shipping charges are not refundable due to carrier delays.

Combined Shipping

If you place two orders on the same day, we will do our best to combine them and refund any shipping overage. This is not guaranteed.

Please contact us through our Help Center as soon as possible if you would like us to try to combine your orders.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged, take photos before opening the package and contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Help Center.

We will review the claim, may request additional photos, and if approved, provide a replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Lost Packages

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If your package has not received a tracking update for 7 days or more, please contact us.

We may assist with submitting a USPS Missing Mail Search request when eligible. USPS requires certain waiting periods before investigations and claims can be initiated.

If the package is insured and is ultimately determined to be lost by the carrier, we will work with the carrier's claims process before issuing any replacement or refund.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made after the carrier's investigation or claim has been completed.

Carrier investigations and claim timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and may take several weeks to complete.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Sew Yours is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for delivered packages, and Sew Yours does not file claims for packages confirmed as delivered.

If you cannot locate your package, please check around your property thoroughly, including:

  • Front and side doors
  • Garages
  • Porches
  • Mailrooms
  • Bushes or hidden areas
  • With neighbors or household members

Please note that carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before final drop-off, or packages may occasionally be delivered to a nearby address by mistake.

We also recommend contacting your local post office or shipping carrier directly, as they may be able to provide additional delivery details or GPS scan information.

If your package is still missing after several days, you may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Sew Yours can provide shipment documentation upon request to assist with the claim process.

Order Cancellations

Orders containing digital products may not be canceled once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may not be possible once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment.

Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or not claimed, a reshipment fee is required before the order can be resent.

Final sale items remain non-refundable if returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery.

Returned packages containing eligible non-final-sale items may be refunded at Sew Yours' discretion, less original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any carrier fees incurred.

Returned orders will not be resent without payment of the applicable reshipment fee.

Weather & Emergency Delays

Severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, and other events beyond our control may affect processing or delivery times.
