Where do you ship?:
On average, orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. At times we may receive an influx of orders when launching a new product or pattern therefore, shipping times may be extended.
If the website miscalculates your shipping cost, We'll refund you the difference.
Should you place two separate orders on the same day, we'll do our best to combine your orders and refund the shipping overage, we make no promises. Please contact us ASAP through our contact link to give a heads-up regarding the two orders.
Sew Yours is not responsible for Customs & Import fees that may be incurred on International Shipments. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of delivery. Kindly provide a photo of the damage. We would then be happy to resend the item or offer a refund.
If tracking shows your package as delivered, we recommend reaching out to your local post office and/or checking with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by accident.
Kindly make sure you enter your address correctly at checkout to ensure your package is delivered. If we receive a package that has been returned due to an insufficient address, we're happy to resend it to you if you provide the correct shipping address in addition to paying the new shipping charges. Alternatively, we're happy to refund you the cost of the items minus the shipping charges.
