Subscription Box FAQ
Q: What subscription plans do you offer?
A: Sign up for our monthly plan, or every three months, or purchase a one-time box.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping has been bundled into the cost of the box. For example, The Sew Common box is $49.95. If it costs $4.95 to ship your box to you then you will receive $45.00 worth of merchandise inside your box.
Q: When will I receive my box?
A: All boxes ship the last week of the month. Therefore, if you signed up for our monthly plan on the 7th of the month you'll be billed for your box that day, and every 30 days thereafter, but you will not receive your first box until later that month or the very beginning of the next month.
Likewise, if you signed up for our every 3-month plan on July 7th you'll be billed for your box that day. Your first box will be received later that month or at the very beginning of the next month. Your next bill date would be Oct 7th and you'll get the second box later that month or at the very beginning of the next month.
Q: I don't like all of the things in my box, can I return some of them?
A: Subscription boxes are non-refundable - all sales are final. If there is a damaged/defective product please let me know within 3 days of delivery and we will work something out.
Q: Can I skip a month, pause or cancel my subscription?
A: Absolutely! When you sign up for a subscription plan you'll receive an email that brings you to your subscription portal. There you can skip a month, pause or cancel your subscription. Likewise, you can update your payment method or shipping address.
