Where do I enter my password to access my account?
When will a sold-out item be restocked?
Go to the sold-out item’s page and click the black “Notify Me” button at the top of your screen. Enter your email to be alerted when it's back in stock.
Can I return my products?
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 3 days of delivery. Some exclusions apply. For full details, visit our Return Policy.
How much fabric or stabilizer am I getting when I order?
All cotton and rayon fabric as well stabilizers are sold by the yard and cut in a continuous length. A quantity of 1 = 1 yard.
If you need more, just increase the quantity at checkout.
- Quantity of 2 = 2 yards
- Quantity of 3 = 3 yards and so on.
Will yards be continuous?
We cut cotton / rayon fabric and stabilizers as one continue piece whenever possible.
If our inventory is off and we're short more than 1 yard, we'll contact you to ask whether you prefer a refund for the full amount of just the portion that's unavailable.
If we're short less than 1 yard, we'll refund that amount automatically and email you to let you know.
I selected Local Pickup, how will I know when my order is ready?
Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Once yours is prepared, we’ll mark it as ready for pickup and send you an email notification. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
My tracking hasn't updated, what should I do?
USPS tracking can occasionally stall at any point between label creation and delivery. It’s common for packages to show no movement while still being in transit. In our experience, nearly all of them arrive without issue.
USPS requires a 7-day wait before any action can be taken. If there’s no update 7 calendar days after your label was created, contact us—we’ll file a Missing Mail Search on your behalf.

What if my package was returned due to a bad address?
Contact us. We can reship it once you pay for the new shipping label.
What if my package was marked delivered but I didn’t get it?
Check with neighbors and your local post office. Packages are often scanned early or delivered nearby. If it's still missing after a few days, contact your carrier. We’re happy to provide documentation to you so that you may file a claim with the carrier.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If something isn’t right with your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $199 shipped within the U.S. qualify for free shipping.
In rare cases, you may see a shipping charge even if your order is over $199. This can happen when items are shipping separately—from both our Dunnellon, FL store and our print partner (for shirts, drinkware, wall art).
If this happens, don’t worry—we’ll automatically refund the extra shipping charge.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Physical products ship within the USA only. For international PDF pattern purchases, please visit our Etsy store.
Can I add/change my order before it ships?
To add items, place a second order and contact us, we’ll combine shipping and refund any extra shipping charges.
To make changes, contact us soon as possible with your request.
Once your order is packed or labeled, we’re no longer able to make adjustments.
How soon will my package ship?
Orders ship within 24–48 hours.
During new pattern launches, product releases, or promotions, it may take up to 72 hours.
We don’t ship on Sundays or Mondays. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is packed and labeled.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship orders using USPS and UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Where should I save my PDF pattern so I can print it again later?
Be sure to save your pattern file somewhere you'll remember. Don't just open it in your browser. A desktop folder labeled something like Bag Patterns is recommended.
We strongly recommend backing up your files to Google Drive, Dropbox or an external hard drive.
I can't download my pattern, what should I do?
If you're having trouble downloading your pattern, try these quick steps:

Check your email: Look for a message from us with a subject like Your downloads are ready. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Use the correct email: Downloads are sent to the email you used at checkout. Double-check for typos if you don’t see it.

Click the download link from a desktop or laptop: Some mobile devices (especially iPhones or iPads) don’t support direct PDF downloads.
- Disable any pop-up blockers: Your browser may block the download window, try turning off your pop-up blocker temporarily.

We don’t offer printed patterns. You can upload the file to a local print shop (e.g., Office Depot). Need just the pattern pages? Contact us with your order number—we’ll send a simplified file for printing.
Do your patterns include video tutorials?
Yes. Every pattern includes a video tutorial linked in the product listing and on the second page of the PDF sewing pattern.
Do your patterns include SVG or Projector files?
Many do. Check the product description to confirm whether SVG and Projector files are included.
Are your patterns available in other languages?
All patterns are in English only.
Do you offer acrylic templates?
No. We don’t sell acrylic templates, and third parties are not permitted to produce them using our patterns.
Are sewing patterns refundable?
PDF patterns are non-refundable due to their digital nature. They’re available instantly after purchase via email or your account.
Can I film a YouTube video of your pattern?
Yes, we welcome YouTube Tutorials! Please don’t show the actual pattern pieces or share specific measurements. When your video is ready, send us the link, we’d love to feature it in our Facebook Group and on the product listing.
Are seam allowances included in the pattern?
Seam allowances are always inclkuded in the pattern pieces.
How do I make sure my pattern pieces print to the correct scale?
Each pattern includes a 1" test square. Always check it after printing to ensure accuracy. Be sure to print at 100% (actual size), not fit to page.
If you're printing from a phone or tablet, the scale can somtimes be off by up to 1/8". If this happens we recommend printing from a desktop or laptop instead.
Can I teach your patterns in my sewing class?
Contact us for permission and details.
Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?
Yes! Most of our sales and promotions use automatic discounts, so no code is needed, the sale price will appear right on the product page.
