PDF Patterns:
When you complete your order, your PDF Pattern will be sent to you via email and available for immediate download. Due to this reason, PDF Patterns are non-refundable. We encourage you to make an account on my site before purchasing a pattern. That way, once you download a pattern, you have access to it indefinitely. Please check your order history before purchasing to ensure you are not duplicating a pattern you have previously purchased.

Orders shipped within the USA:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within three days of delivery. Returns & Exchanges will not be accepted if they are more than three days from delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer must ship the item back within seven days of delivery. Item must be in the original packaging in the same condition it was received. Free from breakage, rips, tears, stains, and odors to be eligible for a refund.

Apparel is made-to-order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns. If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within three days of delivery. Replacements will not be issued if they are more than three days from delivery.
