Returns & Exchanges
When you complete your order, your PDF Pattern will be sent to you via email and available for immediate download from your account. Due to this reason, PDF Patterns are non-refundable. I encourage you to make an account on my site before making a pattern purchase. That way, once you download a pattern, you have access to it indefinitely. Please check your order history before purchasing to ensure you are not duplicating a pattern you have previously purchased.
Hardware, Zippers, Sewing Notions & Handmade Items:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within three days of delivery. Returns & Exchanges will not be accepted if more than three days from delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer must ship the item back within seven days of delivery. Item must be in the original packaging in the same condition it was received in. Free from breakage, rips, tears, stains, and odors to be eligible for a refund.
Apparel is made-to-order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact me within three days of delivery. Replacements will not be issued if more than three days from delivery.
Subscription Boxes are non-refundable. All sales are final however if you receive any damaged or defective items, please contact me within three days of delivery and we will work something out.
All gift card purchases are final. No returns or exchanges.
