PDF Patterns
Once your order is complete, your PDF pattern will be sent via email and will be available for immediate download. For this reason, PDF patterns are non-refundable. We recommend creating an account on our site before purchasing. This allows you to access your downloaded patterns indefinitely. Please review your order history to avoid purchasing duplicate patterns.
Retail Item Return Policy (Excludes Clearance Items, Apparel, Wall Art, Drinkware & Calendars)
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. All returns must be approved before shipping the item back.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 3 days from delivery.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging and condition—free from damage, rips, stains, pet hair, or odors—to qualify for a refund.

By-the-yard items (e.g., cotton, interfacing, stabilizer) cannot be cut— can only be returned in the original length purchased.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Clearance Items
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Apparel, Wall Art, Drinkware & Calendars
These items are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement. Include detailed photos of the damage/defect,
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Subscription Boxes
Subscription boxes are non-refundable. All sales are final.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
Delivered Packages:
We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. If you can't locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. We're happy to provide documentation to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please note that Sew Yours is not responsible for replacement or refund of packages marked as delivered.
Shipping Timeframes & Carrier Delays
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided directly by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our hands, we have no control over the delivery speed, transit delays, or tracking updates.
Shipping charges will not be refunded due to delays caused by the carrier.
Sew Yours strives to ship all in-stock orders within 24–48 hours (Tuesday–Saturday). During peak periods or sales events, processing may take up to 72 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our small team works hard to get your order out promptly.
